Makes about 2 quarts

1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 pint whipping cream
6 cups milk

Combine the sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon. Mix well. Add the vanilla and whipping cream. Mix well. Add the milk and cook over medium heat until hot. Top with marshmellows or whipped cream if desired.
