Makes 20 to 24 Meatballs


1 lb ground meat
1/2 cup old fashion oats
1/2 cup Cheezit crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup French Fried Onions
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs(slightly beaten)

Place in a mixing bowl the ground meat. Add the oatmeal, crushed cheese crackers, and French Fried Onions. Add the salt, black pepper,garlic, and the ketchup. Add the 2 beated eggs. Mix all ingredients well. Now form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball. Place the meatballs on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Set oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until done. These meatballs are great for spaghetti or Swedish Meatballs.
