Cappuccino & Coffee Creamer

Makes about 1 1/2 cups of creamer

1 can evaporated milk (Carnation) -- 12 oz can
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in refrigerator.

NOTE: When I make hot chocolate I like to add about 2 tablespoons in a 8 oz cup. It gives your hot drink a very rich great flavor.
