Sweet Potato Pie

2 cups sweet potatoes -- cooked
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons butter -- melted
1/4 cup heavy cream

Cook enough sweet potatoes (2 medium) to make 2 cups of mashed potatoes. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into a 9" deep dish partially baked pie shell. Bake in a 350 degree oven until filling is set and crust is golden brown.
