Serves 2

2 butterfly porkchops
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup red onion -- chopped
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup flour
1 cup water
salt and pepper -- to taste

Season 2 butterfly porkchops. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of butter in a hot skillet. Use a skillet that can go into the oven. Place the porkchops in the skillet and add the onions. Cook until browned on one side and then turn over. Mix 1/4 cup of flour in 1 cup of water. Now add the wine and flour mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes and then place in a preheated 450 degree oven. Cook in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
